Aphelion was founded by a group of attorneys with experience working for AmLaw 100 law firms. Based on their experiences, the founders determined that the way in which legal services were offered in the United States was not as efficient as it could be. Aphelion was formed with the purpose of seeking out methods to streamline the processes behind legal representation to create value for attorneys, legal support professionals, and clients.
Aphelion began operation as BPL Services, LLC, but changed its business name in mid-2006. Aphelion has established a methodology for linking legal needs in the United States with solutions that are available from around the world. This results in better services available at better prices to our customers.
