Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice - As an associate with Womble, Mr. Lawlor has represented both public and private technology companies in general employment, trade secret, tortious interference, and intellectual property disputes in state and federal court, as well as before the American Arbitration Association and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In conjunction with his litigation practice, he has advised employers regarding how to maximize their competitive business practices within the regulatory framework established by local, state, and federal government.
