- Aphelion Legal Solutions - As Vice President of Project Management, Mr. Lawlor provided litigation consulting services to in-house and outside counsel and was responsible for managing Aphelion’s domestic and offshore attorneys and IT staff. He worked with clients of varying sizes and needs to design and implement cost-effective discovery solutions through litigation readiness planning, early case assessment/pre-review analysis, and document review project management.
- Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice - Mr. Lawlor represented both public and private technology companies in general employment, trade secret, tortious interference, and intellectual property disputes in state and federal court, as well as before the American Arbitration Association and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In conjunction with his litigation practice, he has advised employers regarding how to maximize their competitive business practices within the regulatory framework established by local, state, and federal government.
