Aphelion's
fixed pricing model is available for SynchSM
and stand alone document review projects. Our clients receive the benefit of
cost certainty and the comfort of knowing that Aphelion shares some of the
risks inherent in e-discovery and document review projects. For reporting and
monitoring purposes, Aphelion still tracks hourly time and provides clients
with monthly reports containing most of the same features as hourly billing
invoices.
Our fixed price model gives clients the option of choosing a
flat price:

Per gigabyte of data collected;

Per gigabyte of data hosted for review;

Per document reviewed; or
-
Per page reviewed.
The actual quoted price will depend on a number of factors,
including:

The nature and complexity of the legal matter;

The requested completion date;
-
The number and location of document custodians;
-
The extent to which the client requests the use of specific vendors;

The level of involvement of outside counsel;

The client's choice of domestic, offshore, or hybrid attorney staffing; and

The specific document review services requested.
