Depending on a client's particular situation, it may be advisable to establish a captive subsidiary in an offshore location. But for organizations where a captive subsidiary is not a viable option, Aphelion can assemble and train a team of professionals based offshore who work exclusively for one particular client. For these professionals, Aphelion charges its clients on a fulltime equivalent basis.

The Build, Operate, Transfer ("BOT") model is one step closer to a captive subsidiary. Aphelion will build out dedicated workspace, assemble and train a team of professionals, and operate a simulated captive for a client until such time the client decides to transfer the operation to its own control. We oversee the transfer of the operation and then relinquish all control. Pricing for the BOT model ordinarily entails a fixed percentage profit margin charged by Aphelion over all expenses incurred for the creation and build out of the operation, ongoing fulltime equivalent billing for active personnel, and a transfer fee charged only when the client elects to assume control.
