• Investigation of client organization, including interviews with custodians;
• Development of a data collection and processing plan;
• Advice regarding selection of search criteria;
• Preparation of a review plan and review memoranda;
• General and project specific training to review team;
• On-going quality control management;
• Coordination of production;
• Preparation of a final review report utilizing objective metrics to assess the review; and
• Assistance with a defense of the review, if challenged.
